All Waaber creatures are hand-sculpted and one of a kind. Please read before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. A refund or replacement will be arranged where possible.
Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item is damaged.
Changed your Mind?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping and provide the return label.
Handmade Nature
Small variations, textures, or quirks are part of the design and are not considered faults.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom/made-to-order pieces and sale items (unless damaged).
